## Desired Qualifications
The Psychology Department at the University of Michigan Flint seeks innovative and enthusiastic applicants with a PhD. degree in Psychology or a related field for a Lecturer III position starting September 1, 2014. Applicants with an ABD status are also encouraged to apply. This will be a one year appointment (Fall-Winter) with the possibility of renewal for at least two years, pending successful evaluation over the first year.
Candidate must be prepared to teach some combination of PSY 323 (Advanced Research and Writing in Psychology), PSY 329 (Advanced Research Topics in Psychology) as well as some of the following courses: PSY 313 (Developmental Psychology), PSY 315 (Social Psychology), PSY 317 (Cognitive Psychology), PSY 350 (Child Psychopathology), PSY 352 (Clinical Psychology), & 358 (Psychological Assessment). The successful candidate must be willing, in the future, to teach either online courses and/or to travel throughout the mid-Michigan region to teach dual enrolled high school students.
