50 an hour Position Overview An Insurance Resolution Specialist is responsible for locating insurance on patient accounts and resolving insurance issues that will lead to remittance, while maintaining appropriate documentation and account records, as well as timely resolution.
In this role, you will ensure work is in compliance with all legal, regulatory, and internal policies and procedures, including HIPAA compliance.
Position Responsibilities Locate insurance for patient accounts Use problem solving skills to diagnose and overcome insurance claim obstacles Effectively communicate with insurance, providers, and patients Accountability for productivity goals Maintain a climate of teamwork and collaborative problem solving Accurately read and asses medical documents Understand and perform duties in compliance with state and federal regulations and the policies and procedures of MMCC.
