Responsibilities:
Perform basic building maintenance such as replacing light bulbs, ceiling tiles, minor low volt electrical work and repairing/replacing broken items as needed.
Inspect and upkeep of ground which may include cutting grass, trimming, and laying mulch Perform routine maintenance & report required to keep building and equipment in good working order Renovations of properties that are in need of improvement Setting up and building out of retail locations, which may include setting inventory Basic housekeeping tasks as needed Willingness to pitch in and work in areas other than repair and maintenance Assist Maintenance Supervisor and owner when needed EMPLOYEE QUALIFICATIONS Minimum High School education or equivalent Valid driver's license and vehicle that is insured Basic understanding maintenance and repair Working knowledge of basic hand tool and lawn care tools Demonstrate a neat and clean maintenance standards Ability to work independently or part of a team with minimal supervision WORKING CONDITIONS Full-time position, working 30-40 hours a week with possible extra hours if needed Sitting or standing for long periods of time, along with bending, kneeling, climbing, and balancing Ability to loft 50 lbs or more on a regular basis Traveling to different locations Required use of personal vehicle for travel with possible over night travel at times Appropriate attire for working conditions is required.
