An outgoing, and customer-focused individual who enjoys working both independently and collaboratively within a small team in a business setting.
The ideal candidate is career-focused, with prior business/office experience, and very strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
Answer customer calls and correspondences regarding appointments, questions, and sales and provide service related to generating quotes, providing documentation, or other assistance.
Schedule management- scheduling new appointments, confirming or rescheduling existing appointments.
Data entry of formal documents, file maintenance and organization- input new client data, retrieve existing data Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, comments, and actions taken in the agency management system.
Collaborate with team members, provide expertise and answer questions, and participate in formal and informal meetings as needed.
Qualifications:
Demonstrate strong customer focus and an excellent phone manner; display very strong written and verbal communication skills.
Possess a sense of urgency, attention to detail, organization, multi-tasking, and follow-up skills, and the ability to handle difficult situations with customers and solve complex problems without direct supervision.
Have excellent time management skills with a personal accountability mindset as well as technology and computer proficiency.
