Responsibilities:
Safely operates power equipment for grounds and custodial maintenance.
Keep all equipment in good condition Keep all aspects of our 17 building locations, offices and equipment clean and all trash removed as needed.
Keep all aisles free and clear of hazards.
Properly train employee/consumers on equipment and safety practices as directed by the Supervisor/Lead Worker.
Ensure safety protocol is followed and safety equipment is properly used.
Think you've got what it takes? High School diploma or equivalent required.
Do you have a valid drivers license? It's required.
Ability to pass a drug/alcohol test.
Previous buffing and waxing experience desirable.
Ability to travel to 17 locations in Mid Michigan as needed.
This is a physical job requiring good mobility, and the ability to stand and walk, climb, bend, kneel, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.
