Ensure the agency operates within the boundaries of all relevant laws and regulations.
Create and implement a comprehensive long-term strategic plan that aligns with the agency's goals and objectives.
Requirements Michigan Property and Casualty Insurance License REQUIRED.
You do not need a Property and Casualty License to apply.
Demonstrate the ability to manage and motivate a team, resulting in outstanding performance.
Effectively manage and organize client data, streamline processes, and enhance productivity Deep understanding of finances, combined with valuable experience in budgeting and financial analysis.
Convey ideas to others and ensure clear understanding.
Find solutions that benefit all parties involved and foster healthy and productive relationships.
Connect with colleagues and clients to build trust and rapport.
Knowledge of P&C insurance products and industry trends; transportation specialty is a BONUS! Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities to make sound judgments and find innovative solutions.
Proficiency in insurance agency management software (AMS360).

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
