We are looking for a full time Front Office Coordinator to uphold our excellent customer service and contribute to the patient experience.

Ideal candidate will be seeking longevity with a growing company, be a self-starter, should possess excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills, this is important in order to build relationships with patients and the community in order to provide a welcoming environment that is efficient.
The ideal candidate is available Monday - Friday, and some evening hours.
Candidates with prior medical front office experience is preferred.
Responsibilities include:
Greet patients Effectively communicate patients, families, team members, clinicians and all departments.
Provides detailed instructions to patients for their visits.
Reviews and evaluates patient charts for data entry accuracy.
Work as a team to ensure we have an efficient working environment to ensure that calls are made timely to patients and referral sources.
Familiarity with Outpatient Rehabilitation/Medical services and medical terminology.
Answering phones Patient registration/data entry Scanning/faxing/other clerical duties Collecting copay's and patient balances Patient scheduling-Schedule Management Patient Care assistance as needed Strong organizational skills Knowledge of Insurance benefits Benefits include:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
