This includes assisting with activities of daily living, medication management, monitoring vital signs, and ensuring our residents' overall well-being and comfort.
You must be a self-starter, be able to multitask, and have excellent attendance.
Key
Responsibilities:
Provide total care assistance to residents, including personal hygiene, dressing, feeding, and mobility assistance.
Administer medications as prescribed and monitor residents' vital signs.
Document and report any changes in residents' conditions to the appropriate medical staff.
Assist residents in engaging in social and recreational activities.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive and individualized care for each resident.
Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.
