Welcome and check in patients in person and on the phone Obtain patient demographics carefully and accurately Protect patients' rights by maintaining confidentiality of medical, personal and financial information Assists in keeping work area and patient waiting areas clean Collects co-pays SUPPORTS MISSION, VISION AND VALUES OF THE CORPORATION.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE One year certificate from college or technical school; or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
WORK ENVIRONMENT Works indoors and near others.
Environment may vary from quiet to noisy or distracting.
