We are seeking highly motivated technical/hands on shift leader for our facility in Flint, MI The Ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
This is a 2nd shift position, you might train on a different shift but position is for 2nd shift only Operate machinery per company procedures Direct team members on the shift, as well as being a production worker Assure product meets established quality criteria Immediately notify plant manager of any discrepancies in either material or machine operation.
Keep work area clean and organized daily Adhere to all company policies and procedures (i.
e.
Quality manuals, associate handbook, etc.
) High school diploma Knowledge of running automated machinery is a plus.
Physical requirements:
Employees will be required to bend below the waist and reach above their heads.
