Responsibilities:
Addressing customer concerns, managing customer orders/releases on a daily basis
Daily management of several customer databases for releases, quality and shipping information
Manage office supply inventory and other MRO related purchases
Work with the estimating department on cost sheets and process routings
Requirements:
Some automotive customer service experience preferred
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong communication skills
