Shall:
Implement corrective and preventative actions.
Source and design equipment and tooling.
Collaborate with various levels of manufacturing associates to improve a variety of equipment, including but not limited to: tooling, machine tools, robots, automated assembly equipment, etc.
Troubleshoot and resolve ergonomic issues.
Promote Lean Manufacturing Principles.
Study, design, test and implement new systems.
Develop work instructions, maintenance mauals, SOP's and other documentation.
