## Responsibilities
Perform routine clerical and reception work. Greet and assist students and faculty in a professional and courteous manner. Answer multi-line phone and take accurate messages. File, make copies, scanning, some typing, campus errands. Other duties as assigned. Monday through Friday. Flexible days and hours.
Must submit resume and available times to work.
## Required Qualifications
Applicants must have a current Work Study award through the University of Michigan-Flint Financial Aid office for the Fall 2014 term. Good written, communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently on projects. Reliability and dependability are required. Computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel).
## Desired Qualifications
Experience in an office environment.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
